Loree Houghton has worked with Pharos Resources since 2017 as our Client Solutions Representative and is passionate about the tools that Pharos offers to help and encourage students. Loree’s passion for students is informed by her experience in student services at Virginia Tech and Vanderbilt University, as well as her tenure as the Director of Advising for the College of Business Administration at Abilene Christian University. Additionally, Loree taught adjunct courses at Middle Tennessee State University and Abilene Christian University.

Study abroad is very important to Loree. She has been a part of semester-long trips to Uruguay and Italy, as well as shorter trips to England, Austria, France, and China. Loree has a BA from Lipscomb University and a MA from Middle Tennessee State University.

She lives in Morgantown, West Virginia with her husband, Jeff, who is a faculty member at West Virginia University. They have two sons and a feisty wire fox terrier.
