We specifically chose Pharos 360 over other early alert systems because of how easy it would be to implement at our university with faculty, staff, students, and parents across the board.
Our faculty unanimously chose Pharos after viewing other retention systems. They said other systems looked like they were built for business. Pharos looks like it was built for educators.

We would like to extend a special congratulations to Hardin-Simmons University for its record-breaking implementation time! Hardin-Simmons faculty were trained and began using our software in just two weeks, and not only have they readily adopted our software but they also improved their retention by 2% in just their first semester with Pharos.
